WELCOME TO OUR WEB-SITE! CLASSES ARE HELD ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS FROM 7:00 PM TO 8:30 PM THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. EXCEPTIONS ARE ON HOLIDAYS. CLASSES WILL BE RESCHEDULED FOR THOSE DAYS.

Work hard and focus on your workouts. Remember, the more you train your body the easier it is to perform. Always train your mind, body, and spirt like a black belt, and I promise you will someday become a black belt. It's all in heart, mind and body. Keep the flame burning inside you.
